The 5th China Public-Private Partnerships Development (Financing) Forum opened in Zhengzhou on October 29, 2019. Themed with “Collaboration, Participation and Common Interests - All for Better Life”, the two-day forum consists various sessions including keynote speech, roundtable forum, project promotion, etc. The opening speech were given by Zou Jiayi, member of the leading Party group and vice-minister of the Ministry of Finance, Fan Youshan, deputy secretary of the leading Party group and full-time vice-chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Huangqiang, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Henan Provincial Committee and executive vice governor of Henan Provincial People's Government. It is reported that around 1,500 representatives from the central ministries, local governments, social capitals, financial institutions, intermediaries and international institutions, were present at the event.
