Guidelines on Managing Unsolicited Proposals under Republic Act No. 6957 as Amended by Republic Act No. 7718

This Guidelines aim to a) Prevent avoidable delays in the processing of USPs; b) Facilitate a clearer understanding of the government’s requirements; c) Establish a cohesive link among all relevant issuances; and d) Make it easier to follow the rules for procurement.
